In my case, after 25 years in the world of communication, business strategy and people, I decided to focus a little more on something that I have always had very close and has interested me a lot and that has fascinated me: working teams.

During my career as a consultant I have been able to objectively assess the operation of many working teams very different from each other; up to the point that I have felt the need to intervene directly and promote all that talent that did not always shine in organizations.

For me, an effective working team is priceless: a good team is everything. Everyone enjoys, everyone shares, learns, experiments, co-creates and develops the best of projects together.

However, it is not the same when they are uncoordinated, compete with each other, there is a duplication of tasks, lack of direction and leadership, hiding information or when there are no common objectives.

How easy it can be to go from one side to another. From being part of the winning team to the losing team; As long as a cohesive ingredient is missing, the team can fall like a house of cards.

We believe in the high performance of teams and for this we will use agile and innovative methodologies that help us discover the levers of each one of them. We love defining challenges, prototyping, testing, evaluating and implementing.
